European Hybrid Qualification Tournament for the FIDE World Cup will take place from 22nd-30th May and will be played Online as a hybrid event, through Tornelo online platform.
Taking into account current travel restrictions (that may remain or lifted in May) because of COVID-19, the ECU Arbiters Council need to collect data of arbiters, who are interested to work for the event and live or they are temporarily located this period, in a different European country, than their federation indicated on the FIDE rating list.
