Welcome. This is an Evaluation form for an Anti-cheating Arbiter at any ECU event. Should be filled in by the Chief Arbiter. The Chief Arbiter can assign this task to a Deputy Chief Arbiter or a Sector Arbiter, but is responsible for the result himself (herself).
