National Online Arbiter Certification Course
12–13 April 2021
For whom is the course?
The course is for any arbiters who are licenced as NA or higher and are interested in learning about the FIDE and ECU regulations for Online events, various playing zones and Video Conference Systems.
The course language is English. In the future, upon request it could also be organised in other languages (for example, Russian, Spanish, German and French) provided that a sufficient number of participants express their interest in advance. You can preregister for a future course in a different language here.
What are the cost of the certification?
The cost of the seminar will be 30 euros, with a minimum of 20 participants and a maximum of 30.

- Online Chess and Fair play Regulations
- Overview of online chess platforms
Tuesday 13 April 2021 – 17:00 – 19:30 CET
- Zoom and Slack management
- Preparation for Hybrid events
- Running a Hybrid event
